Gary for accountants and bookkeepers

You see which of your clients are owed money — the aged receivables tell you before they do. Refer them to Gary and a friendly voice agent phones their overdue customers, checks on the bill, and reports back. Your client gets paid faster, you keep the relationship, and you both earn $20 towards calls. Gary reads Xero; it never touches the accounts.

Why refer Gary

It fixes the thing you can see but can't fix

You watch the ageing report fill up, but chasing isn't your job and your client hasn't the time. Gary is the follow-up step that's been missing — by phone, where the real answers come out. See how to reduce aged receivables.

It protects the relationship

Gary calls before an invoice becomes a debt-collection matter. A polite check-in in your client's name, not a demand from an agency — so a good customer stays a customer.

It stays in your lane

Gary reads overdue invoices and contacts from Xero and phones the customers. No reconciliation, no ledgers, no reporting — nothing that competes with your work.

You both earn $20

When a client you refer signs up and gets going, you and they both earn $20 towards calls. Nothing to invoice, no revenue-share admin.

How it works

1. Share your link

Sign up, get your referral link, and send it to the clients whose receivables need a phone follow-up.

2. They connect Xero

Your client links Xero in a few minutes. Gary finds the invoices past due and waits for their go-ahead.

3. Gary calls, they get paid

Your client approves who gets a call. Gary rings, checks on the bill, and shows how fast and how fully they get paid — and you both pick up $20 towards calls.

Common questions

Is Gary a debt collector?

No. Gary makes a polite check-in call before an invoice becomes a debt-collection matter — the opposite of handing a good customer to an agency. If it does come to that, see your client's options when a customer won't pay.

Does it change my client's accounts?

No. Gary reads overdue invoices and their contacts from Xero and phones the customers. It never edits ledgers or reconciles. See Xero invoice follow-up.

Which of a client's overdue invoices get chased first?

Your client approves who Gary calls, so they set the order. The advice we give is to work the 31–60 day bucket before the 90+ one: those invoices are still very collectable, and clearing them stops them ageing into a write-off. The full routine is in how to reduce aged receivables.

What does it cost my client?

Gary runs on a prepaid balance and they start with money on us. An answered call costs about 40c; they pay a flat fee only when an invoice is paid after Gary's call. See the pricing page.

Is there a monthly subscription?

No. There is no monthly subscription and no lock-in contract. Your client pays only for the calls Gary makes and a fee when an invoice is recovered, so a quiet month costs them nothing and they can stop whenever they like — a client you refer is never signed up to a bill that keeps arriving.
