Gary for credit controllers and AR consultants
You chase receivables for more than one business, and the phone calls eat your day. Gary makes them for you — a friendly voice agent that rings each client's overdue customers, checks on the bill, and reports back. Run every client from one login, add Gary to what you already offer, and take on more clients without adding more hours.
Built for a book of clients
One login, every client
Add a workspace per client and switch between them in a click. Each is walled off — its own Xero, customers, calling rules and history. See working with multiple organisations.
The relationship stays yours
Your client need never log in. You run the workspace and report the results — days-to-payment and money in — as part of your service.
Scale past your own hours
The calls are the bit that doesn't scale. Hand them to Gary and take on clients you couldn't have served one dialled number at a time.
Bill it your way
Each workspace carries its own credit balance and card. Carry the cost and charge your client as part of your fee — Gary keeps the billing per client.
Compliant by default
Debt-collection calls are regulated here, and Gary is built for the rules: it says every call is recorded, calls only within business hours, checks a do-not-call list before every call, and needs a human to approve a customer before the first call. Each client's list and rules stay separate, so one client's opt-out never bleeds into another. It's a check-in, not a demand — see the options when a customer won't pay.
How it works
1. Add a client workspace
Create a workspace for the client, connect their Xero, and set their tone and calling hours.
2. Approve who gets a call
You decide which overdue customers Gary rings — the approval step the rules require — and mark anyone who's opted out.
3. Gary calls; you report
Gary phones, checks on the bill, and logs the transcript and outcome. You show the client the days-to-payment coming down and the cash coming in.
Common questions
Can I run more than one client from one account?
Yes. One login holds many workspaces, one per client, each walled off with its own data and rules. See working with multiple organisations.
Who pays?
Whoever owns each workspace — that can be you. Each has its own credit balance and card, so you carry the cost and bill your client your own way. See the pricing page.
